Whitelabel eMarketplace provides a white-label marketplace platform enabling operators to launch fully branded online marketplaces.

- ▸ Built-in KYC / KYB / 2FA compliance services
- ▸ AI-enhanced fraud monitoring and management

3. Acceptable Use
- ▸ Operators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- ▸ No use for illegal transactions, fraud, or money laundering
- ▸ Operators are responsible for the compliance and conduct of their end users
- ▸ Platform credentials and access must be kept secure and up to date
4. Limitation of Liability
Whitelabel eMarketplace provides technology infrastructure only. Operators are solely responsible for their marketplace operations, end-user relationships, and regulatory compliance. We are not liable for commercial losses, transaction disputes, or third-party service interruptions.
